- Bypass CAPTCHA systems, rate limiters, authentication mechanisms, or other technical controls.
3.4 Account Abuse
You may NOT:
- Create multiple accounts — each user may maintain only one account.

You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content or intellectual property belonging to Mile Memory without express written permission.
- Use our trademarks, logos, trade names, or brand identifiers without express written permission.
- Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Remove, alter, or tamper with any copyright or proprietary rights notices.
- Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Site into another website without permission.
3.6 Network and Email Abuse
You may NOT use the Site or Services to send bulk or unsolicited email (spam), forge email headers, operate open mail relays or proxies, or distribute chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive communications.
4. User Content
If any feature of the Services allows you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"), the following rules apply:
- You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit or share.
- Your User Content must not violate any applicable law, infringe any third-party rights, contain malicious code, or be hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

If your account is terminated due to a violation:

- No refund will be issued for any unused membership, except where required by law.
- You may not create a new account without our express written permission.
6.4 Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at [email protected]. Include your name, email, a description of the action, why you believe it was taken in error, and any supporting evidence. Our decision on the appeal will be final.
7. Third-Party Services and Interactions

Any interactions you have with third-party services accessed through our Site are solely between you and the third party. We are not liable for any damages arising from such interactions.

- ANY THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT THAT VIOLATE THIS POLICY, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE AWARE OF SUCH ACTIONS.
- ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS UNDER THIS POLICY.

11. Relationship to Other Policies
